| Developed by Associated Builders and Contractors for its apprentices and their sponsor companies. E-Reports allow apprentices to submit their monthly work reports using the Internet.
Any apprentice who has an e-mail address and has access to the Internet can utilize E-Reports. In order for apprentices to enter work reports using E-Reports, both the apprentice and the trainer must sign the E-Reports Consent Form and submit it to the ABC office. This signifies that both the sponsor company and the apprentice are in agreement about using E-Reports for tracking apprentice’s on the job training hours.
Apprentices can enter their hours using E-Reports between the 1st and 5th of each month. OJT Hours (timecards) submitted after the 10th of the month must be submitted directly to the ABC office.
To enter work reports using E-Reports, apprentices must access the ABC Sierra Nevada Web site www.abcsierranv.org . Once the hours are submitted, the employer will receive an Email verifying that the hours have been submitted to the ABC Office. These hours will then be downloaded into ABC’s database.
